why is it always funny when someone gets hurt?

dont mean like a family death hurt. What i mean is like if he/she falls on ice or slips on something...dont say if u have witnessed it uve never laughed or snickered atleast because u know
my opinion is because as the people are falling they make awkward positions and facial expressions
