Drinking Tea is healthy, it can protect and prevent the harmful Ultraviolet light from harming us (when using computer).
Furthermore, it can also cure us when we are tired and help making our body feel fresh again.
So green tea looks like it'll be great for the average Singaporean.
Are we talking green tea in tea bags? Or the Pokka ones in bottles will do fine?
so all students should drinkĀ Chrysanthemum Tea?
will any kind be fine? or must be those homemade one?
Green Tea = Japanese Green Tea
Chrysanthemum Tea = from the original dried flowers in herbal shop in packet
same for the rest = natural
the green tea buy from japanese shop or from native japan, in the form of dull green powder
if u know some traditional tea making methods even better, u can use the japanese sado brush to make a cup of warm green tea just for a nice weekend afternoon
