There are lots of places in Thailand you can find Thai tea at. In Bangkok, if you want the traditional types to the Chinatown there, or the teashop in Discovery Centre on the 3rd level. The huge supermarket in the basement of Siam Centre also carries a lot of local thai tea, and chinese oolong tea which are grown in northern Thailand.
You can also pick up a package of CTC thai black tea from the airport, but expensive.
