The Bai Cha Tang has been on my radar screen for some time.
How do you find them?
Any tasting notes?Originally posted by kevint88:They were from a friend who lives in Kunming...
Sounds great.Originally posted by kevint88:At the moment no tasting notes yet, I have just put the samples into envelopes where they are allowed to breathe for a couple of days before trying them...if Sebastian is free week after next, maybe we can get together for a tasting session at his office?
Haha, more than 2. I am surprised by the Mu Ye Chun's ability to last. Very impressive for a tea that is not even a year old. Snowy mountain, I love it. Another one to try is the 07 You Qi Cha. Also looks very promising.Originally posted by ck2998:Sounds great.
Seb has 2 promising tea - 07 Mu Ye Chun and 06 Snowy Mountain
