  "Hajimemashite" is one word

  "Onamae wa" is used when he wished to start asking the other party's name

  The reason why we should not use "Watashi no" in this sentence structure as mirrorred in Mandarin "我的。。。" is because Japanese employs a "Topic - Subject" sentence structure in this case as opposed to Mandarin which employs a "Subject - Predicate" sentence structure in this case.

  The topic particle "wa" determines the Topic of the sentence to be "Watashi" and focuses on the issues falling behind the "wa"
