  Well, I'm trying to cut down on coffee and I didn't had any today...

  Had tea without milk instead and now I'm feeling good... Dunno whether is becoz I got enuff rest or whether is it the break from coffee...

  I only drink chinese tea when I have time to spare...

  By chinese tea, I meant those type of gongfu brewing... not those type of tea packets...
