It is not that they are not worrying or dun care pica... it is that they have to work... and that mean they cant monitor the web 24/7 lah... beside... I am sure that if they saw it, they will try to answer the doubt as much as they can. I think you should either PM them or sms them if there is anything u wish clarify asap. Most of them are stress out from working as it is. I'm not any organiser, i can't make any decision. So, even the organiser is away for decision, who should do the decision making?
Well as i say, they know what to do more then i do.
