  my version is 1.6, + patched V23.
  
  next, starpuppy, your ip alias is only change the 2nd number.
  
  meaning
  
  1.2.3.4 change 2 only. not 2 and 3.
  
  so should be 1.x.3.4 where X is the host ip.
  
  i will host map now, those who cant play pika de. can join mine

  btw starpuppy, i found the problem, it lies in that we using different version. you patched your CS. dont patch it.
  
  uninstall it, then install again. but this time dont patch
