got! nowadays, more and more xmms go to gym. there must be some around even in neighbourhood gym, unless your neighbourhood is those old town full of old people.
n usually, most people have a fixed schedule for gym... they will go on certain days, and if possible at a fixed timing for consistency. so u can start stalking your xmm.

i talk to a lot of people online and offline. i can't remember all the details leh.
if u are next to a younger town, den cycle there. cycling is healthy and great for training your legs too.

yup..................everyday got attire check, for syf must get silver(and very little funding wor.) and i think my principal eat the money up. -
