  why do people get angry at clones? I thought this is just a PUBLIC forum that is meant for discussions... and maybe making friends? hmmmmmm. if for some reasons( maybe sgf is your life? ), you can always choose to ignore them?
  I just get confused when clones are flamed. no, not because of the clones, but rather, why do people take things so seriously at an ONLINE forums.

  waste server space.
  
  further more, it is unpleasant for pple who WANTS serious and real discussion. LOOK at chit chat when it is spammed by clones. dun u realise how untidy it is?

  bandwidth and server space surely is not a solid reason? i mean how much space and bandwidth can it waste and what has it got to do with us?
  
  untidiness for chitchat? how untidy can it be when a few more seconds is all we need to find a serious topic? also i find that the reason why clones are constantly created is because people showered them with attention and they so they are craving for more? hahah correct me if i'm wrong. cheers

  yes, i can say bandwidth and server space is one of the reason. if pple keep doing it, it will cost a considerable amount of damage and u will see the effect, as some of us even experience a lag in the website itself.
  
  untidiness? for me, when i click newest topics, i will want to see topics dat are worth my time n attention so that i can reply in it, or even learn from it. clones flaming and creating clone threads will no doubt push those topics down. maybe nt so for untidiness but then, wouldnt u be irritated if u see so many clone topics?
