  Wah that day hor... I got to the CBD Senton Way etc...
  
  I realise something... The OL girls there wear until very little... Is it becoz CBD is a very hot place???
  
  I work in the outskirt... anyone working in CBD?

  Singapore is a very hot place generally speaking.... The fact that many women have to wear coat due to the nature of their job, simply means that they would likely have to wear something more cooling beneath it.....
