I have a way to throw parking coupon without gettin out!!!

  Just pass those people who just park, signal them with the parking coupon. They will think that as if the coupon still have remaining time you wanted to give them... Then when they come over quickly pass to them and speed off.. See you don't need to get out of your car to find a dustbin and you can throw away the coupon.
