Adding Borders to Photos

  using Photoshop CS.
  
  I want to add a white border, then a black border...
  
  1px white border --> use what method???
  1px black border --> use Stroke

  i put border is for the peekture to put on web, not print~!!!

  1px white border just inverse the black border. or set the colour to white when stroking.

  teach you a shorter way.
  
  1. new later > select all > edit > stroke > 1px black/white > there's 3 for you to select (outside inside and center) select the first one (which i can't remember)
  
  if you wanna create another stroke.
  
  deselect > new later > do (1) again.
