What do singaporean think about chinese immgrants?

  recently, on 14 january, sunday times, there was a survey
  and the result was that the chinese immigrants were seen as hardworking, but rude and greedy, do u all agree?

  Well to me there are 3 groups
  
  First Group
  Rude, Greedy, Unhygenic, Uncounth but hardworking
  
  Second Group (mainly applies to females)
  Rude, Arrogant (especially when they are hanging off the arm of a guy and swatted in jewellery ) and alot of names which starts with C, S & B. Also intelligent and good at using their feminine wiles to get what they want
  
  Third Group
  I don't even know if I can classify them as Chinese Immigrants
  They have worked outside of China for so long that they no longer have the common traits.
  Handworking, driven and intelligent yes
  At the same time they have social grace etc
  Know a few and they are all in professional positions so I'm not too sure is it because of education as well

  Chinese adults - nothing to say. Compare it with Singaporeans, about the same. They are just as bad, slightly better or worse than Singaporeans.
  
  Chinese students - so far, all the ones I've met are good. Hardworking, intelligent, polite.

  i see,
  now lets group them to 2 groups
  1st group
  the non educated - mainly the workers
  
  2nd group
  the educated - those who are teachers or are in the affluent working class
  
  so does everyone agree that most of the "rude and greedy" traits comes from the 1st group and those who are in the middle class are almost like normal singaporeans?
  how different are they? for example, those scholars from china in schools, are they always seen as "muggers". or maeb in the working population, are the chinese immigrants more hardworking than other immigrants generally?

  I know of one gal from PRC who spend a years from F9 in eng to A2 ....
