My view on Arsenal is that as good as Wenger youth's are, they're all still not world class yet apart from a few. And they're one of the best in the world except maybe compared to the Barca one.
But you cannot solely rely on em, and no one will pity Arsenal or Wenger if he does not spend the money that he has just because he wants to keep faith in his youth and they end up not winning anything.
I believe that there can be a balance whereby you do keep faith in a few of your youths and also buy ready made good players which i'm sure Wenger can spot.
