I'm an atheist in Singapore and I chanced upon this forum section discussing atheism!
Just FYI, there are quite a number of such groups in Singapore already, springing up across the island over the past 4 years. If you are interested, you can join some of their events. I have already attended a few myself.
One of them, the Humanist Society (Singapore), was registered with the Registrar of Societies in 2010. They have compiled a directory of local atheist/skeptic/humanist groups so you don't have to google endlessly anymore..

NUS Students for Freethought
This group was set up in Feb 2012 to provide a social and support network for students in NUS with no religious affiliations.
Murtads of Singapore and Malaysia
The Apostates in Malaysia and Singapore is a group of former Muslims in Malaysia and Singapore.
