I have watched their shows sometimes, some showing the history of animal life, or the history of earth.
Recently, i saw one which tells us how water came about on earth and how oxygen came about from a kind of bacteria and how oxygen were at first combining with iron that were present in huge amount last time. when much of the iron formed oxides , the oxygen then filled up our earth, spurring the evolution of life.
i feel that much of my interest in science atheism were influneced by watching national geographic shows.
what about you. Besides TV, i also read internet science and atheism stuff from the internet too.
Sometimes learning new knowledge is such a cool and happy thing, although its kinda nerd, but its refreshing and enlightening process to know the wonders of natural history of earth and the universe and man.
