MIT is one of the top universities in the US and they have made many of their educational resources publicly available on the web as part of their Open Courseware program. Unfortunately, not many subjects have full lectures but for many topics, lecture notes are available.
The following set of notes cover Problems of Philosophy.
It is a good overview of common arguments.
It also covers topics that we've discussed in this forum before like the mind-body problem, free will, and morality.
