It depends on how you define atheist.
If you define atheism simply as the lack of belief in a god, Buddhists are atheists as well.
Buddhists, however, are dualist and accept that knowledge can be gained by supernatural means.
Most atheists (as we understand the term) are
physicalists. We believe that everything that exists has a physical property.
We also more or less define 'natural' as objects or phenomena with physical properties. 'Supernatural' is defined as entities, forces or powers regarded as beyond nature, in that they cannot be explained from the laws of the natural world.
In that respect, yes. Atheists do not believe in supernatural stuff.
