Just tell them with a stern and serious look: " NO!"
and don't discuss any part of the religion or any "stories" - that will go into lengthy "discussions" and may turn into an argument.
if they ask u why this or why that, or start telling you stories, look them in the eye and tell them sternly : "respect my decision".

just say tell them you don't believe, and tell them to respect your decision.
Don't go into discussions. becoz there's nothing to discuss.

i dun believe and i have told my father about it before abt praying to ghost and ancestor.
he is not convinced by me, and he will still ask me to go temples.
i will oblige if during holiday period because i dun want to reject him. During school term, i usually dun go. My father not fierce type so i dun have much quarreling with him. -
Religious upbringing in a family is important but not to the point of causing the child to be irritated.

First of all, I would like to say that you can't be forced to believe in God.
You can be forced to go to church. You can be forced to say a prayer before meals. You can be forced into going through the motions, but you can't be forced into belief.
My view is that you should be pragmatic about it. If your parents insist that you go to church, go. If you have to study the bible, make the best of it. Learn it so you can argue against it. Try to de-convert your fellow church goers. Help them to see how ridiculous their religion is. Go to a church that your parents wouldn't approve of and argue that it's no less valid than any other church.
My suggestion is go to city harvest. There are a lot of chio bu there. It should be relatively easy to get laid.
