I refer to ' this' letter dated 21st Nov, We are sorry to hear about your disapointments about our viewing mall in our brand new Terminal 3. The external panels are for keeping the interior cool and protect both the public and transit passengers alike from the glaring rays of the sun. Due to our poor design taste, we forgot about the viewing mall. But due to the already expensive cost of building the new terminal, we have decided not to remove the panels. We hope you can understand our sorry plight...........
Good News! a recent reply by CAAS via ST Forum - they are going to remove the obstructing sun-shades at the T3 viewing mall soon.
