I assume u are asking for pilots holding Singapore 9V ATPL and RSAF..
For the time being, NO. as Lasik is a relatively new procedures, I thik around 4 or 5 yrs ago only..I think they need time to see & R&D how stable the lasik correction is. FYI, FAA, CAA ,our local reg do not allow ....yet.
Reason being
1: Opacities
2. Variability of vision at high altitude n pressure
3. Cornea scarring
4. Hazing due pressure build up.
