Unless I am mistaken, I believe the C-130 is the only tanker-capable fixed-wing aircraft able to fly slow enough to refuel helicopters. The C-130 in the image looks like it's flying barely above stall speed, judging from the flaps deployed.
I'd like to see them try that with a KC-135 tanker.
