All major news outlets have been saying that Air asia will release something major on friday...
Something to do with KL to London via dubai..
Rumoured starting promotion price will be Ringgit 19.99/ USD5.66 one way to london!

It looks like Easy jet will handle the european feeders, air asia the asian part and virgin blue will do the one down south..

They already have 100 Firm + 30 Options on the A320, and looks like they will double their orders up to 150 Firm + 50 Options, and 20 A330 + 10 Options.
If this goes deal goes through, theur fleet willl become bigger than SQ.
I am curious to see how Tiger and the others react... -
