Recent results

Just would like to highlight that though our recent games are not worth mentioning especially with the heavy defeat for the past 2 games, I hope none of you would be disheartened becos I believe it is due to the recent festive season and those games that are cancelled.
I have very much confidence that we will bounce back and get back to our winning ways again with our 4-3-3 formation and with weekly games being played, the understanding will be better.
So Reds, HEADS UP!!!!!!! -

I fully agree with what Ang has mentioned. We seemed to have taken a step back with the recent break, but I am confident we can get back on track with regular games back again. We can really do better, excuses aside, we often let ourselves down.
Its important for us to improve tactics and parts of our game, but the most important thing is to improve our mental aspect....
If you can end the game and tell yourself that you played your best, ran all you could, chase every ball and there was nothing more you could have done in the match... then that will be enuff.
We really have to believe we are able to play better and not panick whenever we let in early goals... this is definately an area we can improve on.
Heads up lads.... i can smell a win coming for REDS this sunday.... -
Hi all,
Personally i feel that the team has been playing much better as compared to 6 months ago.
For the last three games, we have been playing decent football.
We are passing the ball well, defending as a unit and creating chances.
This is very encouraging and i have high hopes for the coming games.
Since the new league has begun, i would like everyone to really focus on every game. We have already lost 2 points in our first game and although most of us dun expect to be top of the league at the end , i hope that we can challenge ourselves and produce the results.
We need to get the results , starting from the next match.
The ambition and desire for the results is still lacking in our team.
Hope we can improve on this from next week onwards.
We must aim to win every game , regardless of how weak or strong the opponents are. To do that, we must take our chances and we must be tight at the back. Its a team effort guys, i challenge all of you to work hand in hand with me to get 3 pts for every game.!

Even though I am the most guilty of all for the last match, I will still have to fully agree with what Bernard has said. I still stand by what I said in that I focus more on the way we play and whether we stick to our game plan. However, we need to have a real go to perform our best and win every game. As what we've said countless of times, the objective is to go back knowing we did our best.

3 games into the new league and we have had 1 win and 2 draws.
Whilst most of us would probably be happy with these results, think of the 2 games we drew. Both were there for the taking and we could really have easily have gotten maximum points if we had been more focused as a team.
As i highlighted today, its another 2 points lost.
Instead of having 9 points from 3 games, we only have 5 points.
I know that we are a social team just here to have fun on sundays, but i really think that we can try to challenge ourselves and try to win every game from now on.
I am frustrated that we drew today. I make no apologies for it.
Enuff said, we go for the win this coming sundays....
