Aston Villa manager Martin O'Neill is concerned by striker Chris Sutton's eye injury.
Sutton has not featured since suffering concussion against Manchester United towards the end of December.
The 33-year-old continues to struggle with blurred vision and visited a specialist on Thursday to have it checked out.
Sutton's recovery is taking much longer than expected, with the front-man set to learn soon whether he will be able to play again this season.
"His progress has been very slow and he's been a big miss. They think it will take time just to heal naturally," O'Neill is quoted in the Sun.
"He said to me if his other eye was like that he'd be in a spot of bother. He is not able to drive.
"Chris wants to come back and do some light training to keep his fitness up, but non-contact."
