Petr Cech says Chelsea's players can help keep Jose Mourinho at Stamford Bridge by adding some more silverware to the trophy cabinet.
Mourinho has overseen a trophy-laden couple of years at Stamford Bridge, but his future at the club is a hot topic of debate.
It has been suggested that he will move on in the summer, but talented keeper Cech has made it clear that he wants the Portuguese to continue his association with Chelsea.
"I think it's important to keep the best manager and best players at the club," said the 24-year-old.
There has been talk of a rift having developed between Mourinho and Blues owner Roman Abramovich, but Cech chose to steer clear of the subject.
"It's not in my hands to change something in the club," he added.
"We want to do the best for our manager and for the club and you want to do the best for yourself too.
"But of course for the manager it's a good help if you keep winning too."
Cech recently returned to the side after fracturing his skull in October, but he claims the injury is no longer in his thoughts.
"I feel really good," he said. "In terms of physical strength and speed and reactions I might be even better than before because I've been really working hard for a long period and it's made me stronger.
"I have not even a little doubt about the injury. I just don't think about it."
