Jose Mourinho is urging his players to take nothing for granted as they continue their pursuit of silverware on four fronts.
The Blues are still in with a chance of grabbing four trophies this term, as they are in the hunt for the Premiership, UEFA Champions League, FA Cup and Carling Cup.
Chelsea progressed to the final of the Carling Cup with a win over Wycombe in midweek and victory over Nottingham Forest this weekend would take them into the last 16 of the FA Cup.
The Blues take on Porto in the Champions League next month and are just six points behind Manchester United in the Premiership, leaving them primed to strike on four fronts.
Mourinho, though, is aware that now is not the time to take their foot off the gas.
"We still fight battles on four fronts, but we can take nothing as done," said the Portuguese tactician. "Now we must focus and keep thinking.
"We must play with belief in our ability. The prizes are getting closer."
