Brescia midfielder Marek Hamsik is flattered that Chelsea have shown an interest in his services.
The talented Slovakian has been one of Brescia's stand-out midfielders this term and a number of clubs have sent scouts to see him in action.
Reports in Slovakia claim Chelsea have chosen to take a close-up look at Hamsik's skills, although Milan and Barcelona are also thought to have taken an interest.
Hamsik is preferring to concentrate on his football with the Serie B outfit and will hold talks over his future if an offer for his services is made.
"Chelsea have shown an interest," Hamsik told Pravda.
"It is great news. I really appreciate the interest of such a club.
"There has been nothing official yet, so there have been no talks. Until there is, I want to concentrate fully on my game for Brescia.
"Until now I have been doing well. I have been playing regularly which makes me happy.
"It does not matter if it is Chelsea, Milan or Barcelona. These are clubs that, as well as me, lure many players, so I really don't care."
Despite much interest in Hamsik, his agent Juraj Venglos believes his client is likely to see out the remainder of the season with Brescia.
"Marek is going nowhere for the present," said Venglos. "I'm 90 per cent sure Hamsik will stay in Brescia until the end of the season.
"Nevertheless, anything can happen."
