Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has refuted claims there is player unrest in the Stamford Bridge dressing room.
The former Porto manager denied reports emanating from both the English and German media that stated players were unhappy with midfielder Michael Ballack's contribution to the current campaign.
"Reports about problems in the dressing room are not correct," Mourinho told Chelsea TV.
"Do we want more from him [Ballack] in terms of performance? Not from him, from everybody.
"And if the objective is to put some kind of pressure on me then no chance because I pick the team, nobody else does it.
"Press opinions, other player opinions are not for me.
"Tomorrow he plays and I hope it is the first step for him to play his first English cup final."
Mourinho's comments come in a week when there have been widespread reports suggesting the Portuguese tactician is considering his future with the Premiership champions.
Reports claim relations between Mourinho, chief executive Peter Kenyon and owner Roman Abramovich are strained, though Kenyon has denied the suggestions.
The Blues, meanwhile, are preparing to face League Two side Wycombe Wanderers in a Carling Cup semi-final first leg at Adams Park on Wednesday evening.
