Wes Brown has dismissed speculation that he could be in line for a January exit from Manchester United.
The defender has been linked with both Middlesbrough and Newcastle in recent days after seeing his first team chances restricted under Sir Alex Ferguson this season.
Nemanja Vidic and Rio Ferdinand have forged a formidable partnership in the heart of the United defence, leaving Brown kicking his heels on the bench for large parts of the campaign.
However the Manchester-born stopper insists his heart is firmly at Old Trafford and that he has no intention of leaving now, or at any point in the future.
"I'm a Manchester lad and Old Trafford is still the only place for me," said Brown in The Guardian.
"My contract runs to 2008 and I would love to see out my career at United.
"I've no intention of going elsewhere."
