Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has revealed John Terry should return to action against Wigan Athletic later this month.
Terry has missed the club's last five games, as he struggles with a back injury.
It was feared that Terry might face a lengthy spell on the sidelines after being forced to go under the knife.
The England captain underwent back surgery last week and he is making a quicker than expected return to fitness.
Terry has returned to light training and Mourinho believes the Blues skipper and Arjen Robben could return to the side against Wigan on February 13.
"This will be the last Premiership game Terry will miss," Mourinho told Sky Sports 1.
"I think Terry will be back for the next (Premiership) game against Wigan.
"I think with Robben, it will be the same."
Mourinho is also hopeful that Petr Cech could soon be back in action after being sidelined with a fractured skull.
Cech has been out of action since picking up the serious head injury in the win over Reading, but he is now back in light training.
The Czech Republic international could now return to the Chelsea side before the end of January.
"Petr Cech after the Wigan game could be back," added Mourinho.
Mourinho was critical of some of his players after last weekend's draw with Fulham and he revealed he talked to several of his stars privately about their form.
"I was critical in public and I was critical indoors," added Mourinho
"I think they are big players and big players in my opinion should be better under difficult circumstances.
"They cannot hide behind excuses and you have to fight with what you have.
"I was strong with them and I hope I get an answer. We cannot hide behind this difficult moment, we must go out and get results."
