Charlton Athletic will be without top scorer Darren Bent for a month due to a knee injury.
Bent picked up the injury during his side's 2-1 win over Aston Villa on Saturday - a game in which he drew Charlton level.
But he will miss Tuesday night's game at Arsenal and the next four weeks due to the severity of the injury.
His absence will leave new Addicks manager Alan Pardew with several conundrums, as Bent had been filling in as captain while Luke Young recovers from a knee injury.
Pardew may also decide to move into the transfer market to pep up his attack, while the 11-goal striker recuperates.
With Bent unavailable, his namesake Marcus could be partnered by Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink for the match at Arsenal.
