Alexander Hleb is happy with how his career is progressing at Arsenal, with the Belarusian claiming he has finally adapted to life in England.
Hleb was a big-money arrival in North London in the summer of 2005, but he struggled in his first season in the Premiership and was linked with a return to former club Stuttgart.
Arsene Wenger kept faith with the 25-year-old and Hleb has responded with a number of taking displays this term.
The midfielder feels he can take his game to the next level, but is happy with how he is progressing under Wenger.
"English football is the best in the world, and is certainly the fastest," Hleb told Arsenal TV Online.
"I can learn and achieve a lot playing here in this team. I am more used to the English game now and feel I have definitely improved. But the most important thing is the team, and not myself.
"I focus on every game and always give everything. Sometimes it does not come off and I make mistakes - but that is football."
