Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has been fined £10,000, severely censured and warned over his future conduct by the Football Association following his touchline spat with Alan Pardew last month.
The Frenchman clashed with the former West Ham manager after Marlon Harewood netted a late winner in a 1-0 victory for the Hammers at Upton Park on November 5.
The pair had to be separated by the fourth official and Wenger refused to shake Pardew's hand after the final whistle.
An FA statement read: "He (Wenger) was charged with improper conduct for his aggressive and confrontational behaviour in an incident involving Alan Pardew towards the end of the match. He admitted the charge.
"(Alan) Pardew was charged in relation to the same incident. He denied the charge and requested a personal hearing."
