okok, the guide is here
First. Teleport to falador. From falador, go out of falador using the exit nearest to the minner's guide. Walk up straight till u see those wizards ect. And turn right. You should see it soon enough.
From the pic, speak to the imp. you will get various hats and weapons (later stage) from it to decorate ur snow man^^
u will notice there are snow patches on the ground.
Collect snow. You can either wield it as a weapon and throw at players, build a snowman, or heal it (explained later)
in order to go to snowy land u need to build a snowman. collect about 40 snow balls and build it (right click, build snowman) then add on to snowman.
i added a dragon hat!
it transformed into a d-long, d-square holding SNOWMAN! . Stop talking to it, it would melt.
Speak to the imp and clicking on the first option (who are you) and ect ect to teleport u to the snowy land.
Part 2 coming right up -
once there, go to the tent like structure to collect your gift from the queen of snow
it's a globe! that serves no purpose again but rather just something for fun
if i were u, destroy it, you can get another one in dryanor.
you get an emote too XD

you can now speak to imps to get weapons!
differences btwn decorating your snowman with weapons and hats.
weapons:
once constructed, they will fight with one another. The combat triangle applies.
you wield snowballs and throw at your snowman to heal it.
though the snowman in d-armour looks cool though

Some scenery. The details are cool. Nice job jagex. You should cool down some angry "no-pk" mobs

Shortcut guide for event.
just find the blue imp at located place (falador or dranor manor)
and enter the place and just collect the item from the queen and bye bye...
you get the emote and present already...
but then, do play around with the snow... it quite fun ^^ -
