I took up your recommendation and did an quick internet search and found by chance a thai class starting soon at the nearby CC at my place, at half the price of a language school. However there's only one level taught, ie. it's not differentiated into different difficulty levels. Furthermore certificate of completion will not be given. That's fine for me as I'm doing this out of interest.
