For Bonta.
Use YCK rd.
Towards Serangoon central direction. Pass by serangoon stadium Turn Right at junction with Upp Serangoon road.
If u heading to Toa payoh:
Along Upp Serangoon Road Turn right at junction with Bartley/Bradell road. All the way until you cross CTE, after comfort delgro turn left into Toa Payoh.
If u heading to Aljuinied:
Along Upp Serangoon Road pass by junction with Bartley/Bradell Road. Pass by bidadari cemmetry on ur left. Turn left into Joo Seng Road. Pass by Mt Vernon gurkha camp. All the way straight. Towards Aljuinied. -

I updated the 1st post again and do read it. Also you can suggest exactly where in aljunied or nearby to meet and how you wan da cycle route to be.
If you got any suggestions as to what to bring: helmet, night light, bag, insect repellent, 1st aid kit, etc, etc... Do post in too and we can make some arrrangements if its NOT ridiculous. -
