Bmx is an extreme sport that is rare in singapore, but it is not dead ! Bmx started in the 70's if i not wrong, started by kids itimidating adults motorcycles motorcycles motocross.
PS, i am a bmx-er and this is my first post in this new forum.

No one interested in BMX ? Com'on it is an extreme sport that adult and teens play.

Well, though I dun ride BMX, I do enjoy dirtjumping with my FR bike at the Sunset TRails (Tamp BMX park ).
However, I think it takes lots of stamina to ride a BMX over prolonged periods of time cuz it only has one speed.
Also, leg power is a must as u cannot simply shift up or down when going up a steep slope!
I've seen BMXers do backflips and tailwhips in mid air, simply amazing!

But can't do stunts!

My stunts also like sai, i suck in bmx also, i just have interest in the sport, i dun mind not being able to do big stunts, but i mind if i dun have a bmx with me, i even use car polish to polish my bmx frame.Originally posted by markzz:Indeed...

, i also take off chain and de-grease and clean off dirt, i also take off my wheelset and clean the side walls of the rim, i also adjust my brakes once in a while, i tighten all screws before i go bike and i spray some parts of my bike into a certain colour. -

you can use the tool that is used to turn spokes nipples and true it yourself, normally a hub and a rim no matter how good they are connected, they wont be true after a while, some even come seng ek 1...Originally posted by markzz:I also take very good care of my XC bike mah!
