- Chicken - 1.4kg (3lb), cut into pieces

- Curry powder - 2 tbsp, mixed to a paste with 3 tbsp water

Marinade
- Salt - 1 tsp
- MSG - 1 tsp, optional
- Pepper - 1 tsp
Seasoning
- Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 2 tsp
- MSG - 1/2 tsp, optional
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- Lime juice - 2 tbsp
METHOD
- Pound rempah ingredients to a fine paste. Set aside
- Mix the chicken with the marinade ingredients and leave aside for 1/2 hour
- Add cooking oil to a heated pan and stir-fry the chicken until brown. Remove to a plate
- In a clean pan, heat another 4 tbsp oil. Add rempah paste and curry paste and fry over a moderate heat until oil separates
- Add the cooked chicken, tomatoes, red and green chillies, seasoning ingredients and half of the coconut milk. Stir for 5 minutes. Pour in the rest of the coconut milk and allow curry to boil
- Reduce the heat. Simmer covered until chicken is tender, about 1/2 hour. Serve.

i wanted to get parley but don't know where to buy
all the ingredients above you can get from mustaffa
parsley is 芫�, buy at market

dun say ah.. i went to ang mo kio ntuc to buy. they labelled wrongly. i bought mint leaves thinking it was parsley. =(
