Corn Casserole
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 cans golden cream style corn
2 cups grated cheese
1 small green chilies, (use whole ones and chop)
2 whole eggs
¾ cup cornmeal
Combine all ingredients except the cheese and chilies. Mix well. Pour one-half of the corn mixture in greased casserole. Sprinkle ½ of the chilies over corn mixture and top with ½ of the graded cheese. Add another layer and end with the cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
