Beef Teriyaki
1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
3 cups fresh stir-fry vegetables (broccoli florets, mushroom slices,
peapods)
3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 cups MINUTE White Rice, cooked
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak; cook and stir 5 minutes or until cooked through.
Add vegetables and sauce; mix well. Cover; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. serve over hot rice.
