Crispy Bread Pudding
(Serves 2) Ingredients:
6 fl oz (180 ml) ProSobee Mixture 1 heaped tablespn sultanas/raisins
1 slice milk-free bread spread with margarine
2 teaspns sugar
1 level tablespn custard powder
Method:
1. Remove crusts and cut bread into cubes.
2. Place sultanas in a pie dish greased with margarine.
3. Blend the custard powder with a little ProSobee Mixture.
4. Heat the remaining ProSobee Mixture with the sugar and add to the custard powder mixture. Bring to the boil and cook for 3 minutes.
5. Pour custard into the prepared dish. Top with bread cubes and brown under the griller.
