Butterscotch Pudding :
(Serves 3) Ingredients:
4 fl oz (120 ml) ProSobee Mixture
4 oz (120 g) brown sugar
2 tablespns cornflour
1/2 teaspn salt
1 teaspn vanilla
4 fl oz (120 ml) boiling water
1 tablespn margarine
Method:
1. Blend sugar and cornflour with a little of the ProSobee Mixture.
2. Add the remaining ProSobee Mixture and vanilla.
3. Gradually add the boiling water.
4. Bring to boil slowly then cook mixture over low heat for 3 minutes stirring continuously.
5. Remove from heat and add the margarine.
N.B. This may be served in a pastry shell.
