You know, people are just so weird
Lets just say from my experience in my degree program alone
People tend to be problem-solvers, not creators, and even when the problem is not a crisis, they panicked like hell
You know, when given an assignment, they were more interested in the technical requirements to fill in, like how many references to use, font size, what model can use what model cannot use, instead of thinking what meat to fill in, what analysis to be done, how this information match with that information etc
And some, they just couldnt see it, after three years in uni, and they still dont know how to to do basic critique, precis, reflection and worse of all they mentally block themselves and panic!

on problem solvers and creators.... ever wonder why some solution to a issue ended up creating problem else where? -

it didnt bother me actually, in the sense they are not in my team...after few sems i tend to go near people who actually 'think', the only bother part is when they do their individual assignmentsOriginally posted by vince69:welcome to the real world...
