  Windows got calculator. Just go to Start, Run and type in calc.
  
  Change it scientific view. Change the options to Bin on the calculator. Type in the ones and zeros. Then change it to Dec. You will get an answer.

  Haiya, binary numbers got pattern de. Using that pattern can solve a lot of things.
  
  If you study electronics, you should know. 0 means off, 1 means on. Haha, that's how computers work.
