  Rather common actually.I worked in a photography studio before,spending days photoshopping photos at a go. This is to make sure everything is perfect. Eyeliner can also make the eyes look bigger and even certain contact lens have en enlarging effect. Alot of girls nowadays now alot about taking pictures from their "good" side so you will only see pictures from a certain view. That is why sometimes you cannot trust what you see from photos.
