When I have sore muscles my first choice is definitely
Zam-Buk. But occasionally I will use Ammeltz Yoko Yoko. (I really don’t like the sticky feeling of Zam-Buk although it is more effective.) Some of you may not like its ‘burning sensation’ but it gives you a psychological boost i.e. it is doing its job and you are in good hand.
A friend suggested that if you applied it on your stomach before going for your run it will helps to burn more fats. Is it true? Not too sure but you want to know try it at your own risk.
