Okay I admit the first time my friend recommended this product to me I thought it was from Indonesia or Malaysia. “Zam-Buk” does sounds like a Malay word right? Anyway I am quite surprise at its efficiency. I am not sure about you guys but it works wonder on me. Whenever I have sore muscles this is THE product I will definitely go for. It does its magic slowly without you realizing it. After a while it is sayonara to the pains/aches.
The only thing I don’t like about it is your hands feel kind of sticky after using it. And according to its direction “People with delicate skin may be hypersensitive to the ingredients.” Wow lucky me since I have thick skin.
And do wash your hands after using it. -

Zam Buk rocks. It's been my cure-all since my childhood days. I always have "stock" at home. It really is a gentle healer. As an active kid, I used to have bloody knees from falls. What I love about Zam Buk is that it acts as a water-proof barrier so there's no pain.

There's another not-so-conventional use for it... for those who suffer from dried and cracked heels, it helps if you apply a thin layer of Zam-Buk to your heel and wear socks when you sleep... keeps your heels warm and moisturised in an air-con room through the night. And prevents cracked heels or peeling.

Used in our childcare centre too. A "cure-all" for bruises to mossie bites. Soothing and does not "bite" the skin.

Used it quite some time...its states that for skin irritations/ itchyness also can apply...anybody tried b4 ? i use liao skin still will itch....
