Some considered peanut butter not very healthy but I simply can’t resist it. I think the smooth texture of the peanut butter goes very well with the chucky peanuts. Great combination! Normally peanut butter goes with bread but personally I love to have it just by itself. What I do is to have a spoonful of it whenever I feel stressed. But just to warn you although it did state zero cholesterol under the “Nutrition Information” it does contains saturated fat (11g per 100g) and polyunsaturated fat (15g per 100g). Since the product comes in 500g that means it contains 55g of saturated fat and 75g of polyunsaturated fat which doesn’t sound too healthy. But you don’t finish it in one go right?
I think the other brands are as good but I usually go for Skippy maybe it is the way the name sounds. Skippy reminds me of the word ‘happy.’
Butter aside, peanuts are actually quite healthy providing you with protein and healthy fat.

Saturated fat: Not very healthy at all. These fats raise levels of bad cholesterol (LDL) in the blood and thus increase the risk of heart disease.
Polyunsaturated fat: Not as unhealthy as saturated fat but still to be used cautiously since they lower BOTH bad cholesterol (LDL) and good cholesterol (HDL).
